1. Who we are

"AK12" Ltd. is a commercial company incorporated in the Republic of Latvia engaged in providing a wide range of services to legal entities and private persons, including but not limited to vehicle and spare parts trade, industrial machinery and its spare parts trade, mechanical engineering, wholesale and retail, sale and repair of tools, full service of vehicles and industrial machinery, including after-sales service and tire sales.

2. What is personal data and how we process it

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject).   • processing is necessary for the protection of the legitimate interests of us or of a third party, unless the interests of the client as a data subject or the fundamental rights and freedoms requiring protection of personal data outweigh such interests, especially if the data subject is a child;
  • the customer has consented to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes;
  • processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject;
  • processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the customer or other natural person.

5. Processing of special categories of personal data

Special categories of personal data include data revealing a person's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, and genetic data, biometrics for unique identification of a natural person, health data or data on the sexual or sexual nature of an individual. orientation.

As a data controller, we do not process specific categories of data for our clients.
