AK12 has established two full-service technical centres for truck and industrial equipment in Valmiera and Cēsis by providing professional, prompt and high-quality service for any type and make of truck, regardless of its year of production.

We are particularly specialised in Ford, Scania, Volvo, MAN and Mercedes trucks and trailers from all manufacturers. AK12 provides warranty repairs and after-sales service for machinery manufactured and installed in its own engineering plant, as well as a full service cycle for customer machinery and repair and refurbishment work for special machinery.

The AK12 technical centres for trucks offer:

• maintenance - from minor work to full maintenance according to the number of hours the equipment has been used.
• diagnostics - a sophisticated and in-depth examination of the machinery by visually inspecting the engine and connecting it to special equipment to obtain data on possible faults and damage.
• repairs of any type and complexity - we use spare parts offered by AK12 partners, the quality of which we have proven over many years of cooperation.
• lubricant service for trucks and buses - timely, quality oil changes are one of the preconditions to maximising resources of engine and hydraulic systems and transmissions. In addition, we also replace filters, refill engine coolant and carry out other technical fluid and lubricant replacement work.
• welding of aluminium structures - repair of aluminium fuel tanks, auxiliary frames, cargo racks. 

Truck and industrial tyres and tyre services

Customers are offered a complete service - both tyre sales and tyre servicing throughout their life cycle. We offer the owners of industrial, forestry and agricultural machinery extra-large tire assembly with the CORGHI HD 1800 Hydras automatic tire assembly machine.
